Urethral sound

Urethral sounds are instruments used to increse the size of the urethra. The aim of which is to allow the insertion of objects into the urethra. Sounds are long, metallic rods with a range of girths - the point being to start at a small girth and slowly build up as the size increases.

The urethra is exposed to far more nerves per unit area than the outer penis - hence some men find the sensation of urthral tissue far more stimulating than more traditional sexual activity - this is especially true among those with certain penile damage.
